To get contributions paid into your Slate Super account you will need to notify your employers of where to direct contributions. Luckily we've made this really simple across multiple employers.
You can notify your employer of your Slate Super account directly within the app.
If you have the Slate app downloaded - simply:
- Login with your details
- Cick on Sources
- Click on + New Source and select Employer
- Enter your Employer's Name (this will be the displayname in the app for your purposes only)
- Enter your Employer's Email and tap Send
This will send an email to your Employer with your Member Number, Fund USI and a PDF copy of your Standard Choice Form.
If you don't know your employer's email - you can send the form to yourself.
